| pair of blue cotton sock/slippers; general construction appears to be by machine with quilting of sole and heel areas by hand; also appears to be inserted by hand Sock Area: blue cotton body lined in white cotton; quite a bit of red staining (moisture damage?) and small black specks (mildew?) primarily on sole and trim area Trim Area: beige cotton trim; upper edge turned and triple stitched by machine; heel area random quilt/padded stitch; has a small amount of red stain on beige decorative heel area only; toe area discolored as in moisture stain (slight); there does not appear to be a right or left; calligraphy characters in black inside each Soles: white cotton quilted soles; each has an "(x)" stamped in red in the toe area |
