| Description |
Bamboo hat with overlapping bamboo strips on outside. Bamboo coiled rim attached to brim with thread. Brim rises sharply to 7" diameter flat crown, topped with 5-sided reinforcement. Overlapping bamboo leaves are sewn together in 5 circles. Underside is criss-crossed bamboo frame with 6 circular bamboo ribs running through it. Old card identifies this as a "pandanus" from Cambodia. |
