Description Single bladed axe, possibly a meat cuttin tool, featuring a curved hook jutting from the back end of the blade. The blade is welded to the shaft of the handle; the latter is encased in a rolled steel tube 7" (18 cm) long, with a wooden tube 3.5" (9 cm) long below that for a hand grip. A last rolled steel ring secures the wooden grip to the shaft.
