Description Two Bamboo Plaques.
A: One half of a section of bamboo, H: 1.25", W: 3.25", D: 1.375", it has been dyed deep brown on the exterior. There are three gold Japanese characters at the bottom. Within a large oval is a carved and etched illustration of a bird near bamboo. Near the top two holes have been drilled and there is a single piece of knotted cord through them.
B: One half of a section of bamboo, H: 1.5", W: 3.25", D: 1", it has been dyed deep brown on the exterior. There are three gold Japanese characters at the bottom. Within a large oval is a carved and etched illustration of a peacock standing near a blooming peony. Near the top two holes have been drilled and there is a single piece of knotted cord through them.
