Abstract letter written by Gu Huang to woo Ie's son yan Cha. Aman woo Ie has died and owned part of the properties of Ho. I co. He died with out a will so Gu Huang who wrote this letter to Woo Ie's son Yanb ch'a in Seattle, said for him to talke care of the business as there are person's holding stock in the Ho I co. and the letter lists wiho owns the stock. Gu Huang says he will help. The letter is dated 1930. written in Chinese on 2. 5 pages, the name is Stanford Smith apperas on the first page adn the words trust deed appears on the 3rd page, lined in red columns, on off white tissue paper, folded.
